Parents with young children will enjoy the H20 Zone, a splash park featuring water geysers, a small whirlpool, and hot tubs. In the AquaTheater guests can enjoy Oceanaria, an undersea-themed production combining aerialists, acrobats, and high divers. From acrobats standing on each other’s heads to jumping off a diving platform 30 feet in the air, the show is sure to impress all guests. Another classic bar on Allure of the Seas and other Oasis Class ships is the Rising Tide Bar.

As the bar rises upward, it appears to be pushed into the air by a giant waterfall cascading from underneath it. It's a neat — albeit gimmicky — concept that debuted on Oasis of the Seas and carried through to other vessels in the class. (An automatic gratuity will be added.) The line's drink packages don't cover these drinks, but even the basic package will cover similar specialty coffees (made with Starbucks coffee) at nearby Cafe Promenade (see above). When it leaves its base on the Royal Promenade, a fountain rains down from underneath it, complete with colored lights and dancing water jets. It's a neat idea, but the fountain is absurdly loud and only adds to the already deafening cacophony in the space.

In my cabin, a duo — one European-style and one North American-style — was hidden under the vanity. On top of the vanity, a multi-port set of three North American outlets was set into a round base. However, the cabin had neither a single USB port nor outlets near the beds.
Central Park and Boardwalk Balcony cabins are unique to Oasis Class cruise ships. Unlike an ocean view balcony, they don’t offer a full ocean view, but they look out into their respective neighborhoods. My 6-night cruise, for example, was $1152 for two guests in a Boardwalk balcony cabin including gratuities. At $192 per night ($96 per person, per night), I felt it was a great deal for sailing on one of Royal Caribbean’s biggest cruise ships. The Allure cruise ship boasts with the DreamWorks Experience - a themed programming in partnership with the Walt Disney Company. This new entertainment program is aimed at families and offers movie-themed DreamWorks activities on select RCI ships within the fleet. The list of special activities includes characters meet and greets (of course, plus photo ops). Inside the Solarium is one pool and four hot tubs, two of which cantilever over the side of Allure of the Seas. Padded lounge chairs and other comfortable seating are also available. As someone who loves spending time in Central Park, I liked how the space felt more integrated with nature on Allure of the Seas compared to the newer ships. The ship’s AquaTheater show, OceanAria, may have been the best AquaTheater show I’ve seen yet. It had a huge focus on acrobatics, including an insanely impressive acro yoga performance.
Its menu features fresh, never frozen, made-to-order hamburgers, sides, shakes and desserts. So, no matter where you are onboard or in the world, you’re always surrounded by good food and simple pleasures at Johnny Rockets. The Allure of the Seas is the largest, newest and most incredible ship at sea. The Allure of the Seas features exciting activities, incredible entertainment, luxurious staterooms and a wide variety of dining options ranging from casual fare to fine dining.

This is a themed programming via a partnership between Royal Caribbean International and Amblin Partners (DreamWorks SKG's owner company). While all AquaTheater shows on Oasis Class ships are entertaining, I enjoyed OceanAria the most. On every other Oasis Class ship, the Diamond Lounge is tucked into a room on Deck 4 with no windows. It’s not somewhere I enjoy spending time, as I’d rather be hanging out somewhere with an outside view.
